Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Psychotherapist

Rose M Saint Elien, LCSW

Rose M Saint Elien, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist with over two decades of experience working with clients in mental health settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University (NYU) and focuses on treating adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions.

Her work centers on helping clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping strategies within a supportive, non-judgmental space. In addition to her clinical work, she has experience as a behavioral coach and educator, developing workshops and training professionals on trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and emotional and behavioral dysregulation.

As she expands her private practice, Rose combines her clinical expertise with her experience in program development, coaching, and consultation to local communities and organizations. She also plans to move into clinical supervision to support and guide new therapists entering the field. She is bilingual in English and Creole and she takes pride in offering culturally responsive services to diverse communities.

Rose is committed to helping individuals, families, and organizations strengthen emotional wellness, build resilience, and create environments where people can grow and thrive. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, psychodynamic techniques to support meaningful and lasting change. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as singing and writing.
