Coaching for Early Childhood Schools

This service is focused on daycare centers (3-5 yrs old) and elementary schools with early childhood children from 3-5 years old. Many of the early childhood programs have a grant through the state from the Department of Education and childhood to provide social emotional development to preschool teachers. If you are an admin that have been tasked by the state to make embed social emotional model such as the Pyramid Model to coach teachers who are task to build students’ social emotional skills then you have come to the right place.
WHE will provide group presentations, One-on-One, group Coaching for teachers/support staff with children who displays persistent unwanted behaviors at school and home. This service component will help early childhood school to solve real problems that need real solutions in the areas of social emotional learning, social skills, teacher behavior expectations, emotional literacy and anger management.
Services will include coaching with teachers who wants to help their students to regulate emotions, teach students problem solving skills to decrease unwanted behaviors. Early Childhood teachers will also be coached on child development and learn social emotional techniques to yield high classroom environment
3 to 5 Years Old
Children with Severe Challenging Behaviors
Have you ever wondered or pondered upon this question: Why does my child have tantrums or hit? This is a fair question, however, the word, “trigger” was probably not the first thing that would come to mind.
At WHE we don’t engage in quick fix strategies to eliminate unwanted behaviors just for a moment.
At WHE, we will work with you to teach those skills and techniques that will teach social and emotional techniques that are key to establishing desired behavior with young children.
At WHE, we will explore the meaning of extreme behaviors and why children are prone to engage in challenging behaviors at a very young age as well as why do they do what they do. I guarantee, you will have an awakening moment when you partner with WHE.
We will unravel why your child misbehaves and displays that behavior that has you screaming at them, teachers calling you non-stop out of frustration while you’re at work which puts your entire being in a panic state of mind. With your own life challenges, you feel a sense of hopelessness. Doubt sinks inside, causing you to question your parenting techniques. This is a real problem that needs real solutions. WHE can help.
